1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bookora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Bookora is a platform that connects customers with local service businesses including spas, gyms, dental clinics, salons, and other appointment-based businesses. We facilitate booking and payment but are not responsible for the services provided by businesses.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bookora
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and business acceptance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses
• Refunds are subject to each business's refund policy

5. For Businesses

• Businesses must provide accurate information about their services
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and non-refundable
• Businesses are responsible for fulfilling booked appointments
• Bookora takes no commission on customer payments (via Stripe Connect)

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass or abuse other users or businesses
• Post false reviews or ratings
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Scrape or collect data from our platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Bookora is not liable for any disputes between customers and businesses. We are a platform that facilitates connections and payments, but we do not guarantee the quality of services provided by businesses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bookora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
