How do I book an appointment?

Simply browse businesses near you, select a service, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. Payment is processed securely through the app.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Go to your Bookings tab, find the appointment, and tap "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Note that cancellation policies vary by business.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed according to each business's cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

I'm a business owner. How do I sign up?

Download Bookora, sign up as a Business, and follow the setup wizard to add your services, time slots, and connect your Stripe account for payments.

How do I update my profile?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your name, phone number, and other details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
